This is me. At age 23 I was diagnosed with IBS and told I had to change my diet and relax a little. This is the record of my attempts to overhaul my life - eat better, live better and see if I can do my piece for the environment and mankind along the way. Oh and I drag my 5 year old son, our dog and four cats along for the ride..
